S & O envisions following outputs:
- 10 Targeted Communities led N.G.O.s making contacts and sending their grant proposals to such agencies.
- Response to natural disaster in collaboration with previously established networks’ in various states of India
- Organizations trained in the area of vision building, management and networking.
- Need based voluntary activity to create a network of individuals and organisations
- Developing independent fundraising Unit in 18 months
- 30 percent budgetary support raised by Manuski
- Construction of the Sakya Hostels, Tamil Nadu
- Managing Karuna Vihar Girl’s Hostel, Gujarat
- Extended Global Buddhist Outreach and network
- Alliance Building with like minded international organizations
- Assistance to Karuna Trust, UK
- Network deepened in 6 states and extended to 2 more states
- Response to Discrimination in natural calamities corpus of Rs. 50,000 established.
- Fundraising unit for funding management and annual campaigning
